Last night we went on a rare visit to the local cinema to see the film Blended staring Adam Sandler & Drew Barrymore.
We knew we would like this film because we have seen and liked the films these 2 have stared in together before including '50 First Dates' and 'The Wedding Singer'.
Throughout the film there were numerous references to the previous films including actors and music in common.
The film is about a couple who meet on a blind date in a Hooters restaurant that goes wrong. Both have children from previous marriages and by a twist of fait both families end up on an African holiday at a resort for 'Blended' families. Inevitably the pair bond through adventures including bird riding and couples massage.
We really enjoyed this film, it follows the usual formula but is an enjoyable and funny film that I would happily watch again.
